Rating on Togo side- Their food is amazing. Their pizza is thick with a generous amount of toppings. They make the best salads for a fair price. Their wings however are so small see photo. They are about a half inch ! What I am totally turned off on is their lack of customer service. I have been frequenting this location for years and I think take out represents more than 50% of their revenue for this location. The service has always been the same. No comparison to Glendora, owned by the daughter I believe they have it all buttoned up, glendora location makes sure you have everything you ordered even extra sauces if requested. Maybe San Gabriel employees take after the older man that walks around with a stoic look. I popped in Saturday for a pickup and he happened to walk by. You think he would take a peek in the waiting area and give a waive. Nope. Just like the girl serving the counter zero emotion or customer service educate. I think may have been my last time here. I will drive the extra few miles to Glendora same great good with the appreciation for the business. The 4 stars are for the food. -10 for the service.

Double the sauce for those that want a moist crust. Remember that when there's sausage on it that it bakes longer in the oven and the crust becomes drier. Adding extra sauce has been my remedy and has more flavor for the pizza. Simple!

It's one of my favorite places to get pizza. Great crust. Fresh ingredients. Reasonable prices. It's a great place to take the family for a dine-in experience, too.

Been coming here a few times now; 3 or 4 times. I really like the pizza here. It's my go-to place when I don't want fast food pizza . The cheese is rich, the crust is doughy, and the Pepperoni are just perfect!

This is a takeout pizza place. I got the: Pertrillo specialty pizza (medium) - $28.50 - the topping was hefty and well flavored. The crust on the other hand was a little too chewy. Fried calamari - $13.50 - very good and meaty. sauce is sour and spicy but too sour. Overall I would come back again, hopefully the crust is not as chewy next time.

Service at Petrillo's is still hit and miss five years after my last review. The people on this visit were nice enough. The pizza was done within the time they estimated on the phone. We got a small specialty pizza. The quality had been consistent for the last half decade. Their pizza is still the best on the area. It is way better than all the chains and the only one better is Joe Peeps, but they are 45-60 min away in either direction. The price has significantly gone up due to COVID and inflation, but it is still worth it for good pizza on occasion and not regularly. You can also order other menu items like pasta for take out at the pizza pick up place. There is sometimes parking on the street on Valley out front. If not, then there is parking on Gladys. The take out is a small store front to the left/east of the main restaurant. Definitely call ahead so that you do not get stuck waiting on the benches in the small pick up area. The times they give you on the phone are usually pretty close. Just give them an extra 5-10 min if during a busy time to make extra sure u don't have to wait. Most of the bad reviews seem to be for service and not for the food quality. This is sad because 3.5 stars is too low for this restaurant due to the quality of their food. If you are just getting pizza take out, we definitely recommend trying Petrillo's.
